I like the option to switch in a fabric-covered footbed. This one offers less arch support than the foam footbed, and it’s slightly thicker which pushes my foot up to the top of the shoe slightly more. It’s just slightly less comfortable than the foam footbed, but maybe I’ll get used to it

do not walk, run to get these!

these inserts are great if you plan to wear your shoes in either super hot weather or cold weather. They warm or cool depending on the weather. Its weird but true
