Best soft cover notebook

I love the Experiment notebook series. Been using them for years! Favorite feature: they lay perfectly flat when open, making it so easy to write in. I use them for journals but they were my go-to for taking class notes in the past as well. Large enough to have lots of writing space but compact enough to slip into my bag for on the go days. The paper is a nice weight, thick enough to write on both sides without any ink bleeding through.
