All Time Favorite Gyokuro
I have been drinking Gyokuro for years and have tried many, many different types. This is my favorite by far. I taste a white sesame flavor mixed in with the umami and brothy vegetal flavors that are second to none. You really have to use 8 grams of tea for about 2.75oz of water at 104 f for 2min. But the full flavor and buttery mouth feel are extraordinary.
