HLS 450+

I haven’t been able to use them yet. Because they didn’t come with an empty bottle to put in the diffuser. I contacted customer care and was told that I need to purchase their scent for the diffuser. I strictly (ONLY) use 2 scents from SIMBI. I already have 6 waterless diffusers. I purchased 4 of the HLS450+ plug in diffusers to use in my bathrooms. I’m EXTREMELY disappointed that they trick a person into purchasing their product (the scents) by not including a bottle (like EVERY other company does). I didn’t see a discloser ANYWHERE on their website that stated I would be locked into purchasing HLS scents ONLY. I’m going to just have to give them away as Christmas gifts. If the company cares, it would extremely nice of them to send me 4 bottles of scents so that I at least have that to also give as a gift with the diffuser.

I love this, makes my place smell super nice. Definitely buy this is your looking for a scent product. I prefer this over my diffuser
