Wonderful experience with Loop!
I am delighted with my first Loop experience. They had products that I was longing for (some special Cocknits accessories) as well as the yarn I needed to complete a sweater, in an EXACT colorway dyelot match (Brooklyn Tweed's Arbor)! Their written correspondence and telephone conversations were so cordial and encouraging. Even though I live near Boston, I may have found my favorite LYS in Philly! My package arrived speedily and was packaged with plenty of TLC. They even offered me a discount code as a first-time customer. What more could I ask for? Thanks so much to everyone at Loop.
