SandDune Stepper

I got the Sand Dune Stepper to help rehab from an injury. It has been perfect for building back flexibility and strength. It is a great and versatile piece of equipment!

This is awesome! I was hesitant at first but it was highly recommended. I use this every day. Constantly finding new ways to use but among my favorites are Single leg squat, goblet squats, unweighted squats, balancing, box jumps I have (2) I jump from and on to Surplus was very quick to ship always love dealing with these guys
