Definitely not better than anything else on the market
Tested them within the 30 day refund window. I was hopeful, but nothing has changed in my sleeping habits. Still not sleeping. These are pretty and have a great after taste, but too expensive to not work.

Not happy
I have tried this for a couple of weeks now.
I don't feel like its been helping me sleep.
Honestly feel like I wasted my money on this.
