It's a spatula
There's not much to write home about a metal spatula for stirring and scooping chemicals.
The one complaint I have is that the spoon end is just barely too wide to fit into some of the 15mL Winchester bottle necks (there appears to be some tolerances on the bottles so it's an occasional interference fit).
If it was just a fuzz narrower you could directly transfer solids into the bottles easily without needing to dissolve them in the kit's beaker. A small tap with a hammer or a little bit of filing fixes this though.
