Hydroxide replacement lid

We received the lid but it does not fit the double skinned bottle very well and leaks. Do to this it is not really used at the moment.

Never Received My Product

I ordered my product back in June and I am still waiting to receive it! I have tried following up with the company with no response. I have received a tracking number but the tracking details have not been updated since I placed the order. I previously ordered at the end of 2024 and received my son’s drink bottle with no issues but this time has been very disappointing.
