The cinnamon in this bag was a little stronger than usual - I like it!

I am VERY late in submitting my review from my purchase in January. I had meant to submit a review soon after my purchase but never did. I wanted to praise your company for the excellent customer service you provided with my order, as well as my complete satisfaction with your coffee. After placing my order for 9 bags of coffee, I realized I selected the wrong type of coffee. I sent a last min email the day before it was due to ship to inquire about having my error corrected (hoping it wasn’t too late) and you responded promptly letting me know my email was received and my order had been changed to reflect what I wanted. I was very impressed at the prompt response and the fact you were so accommodating to my last minute request. I never thanked you so I wanted to do so now - THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! I love your coffee and I am currently on my 3rd bag now. I also love the canister I purchased for keeping the coffee fresh. That was a great addition and well worth it!! I’m truly a fan of your company - from your customer service all the way to your variety of coffees. Again, I apologize for my review being so tardy.

We love the flavor combination. We are usually drink our coffee black. We were gifted a bag for Christmas and have ordered four more since with more to come!
