Delivery sent to wrong address

I called FLASK and they informed me it was not their fault because that was the address they were given and said it was my problem and to call SHOP. Instead of sending me another bottle of saki and sending it to the correct address they dumped it on me! So they obviously didn’t want to keep me as a customer so I dismissed everything never to order from FLASK again. And I called SHOP to also give them a piece of my mind as well.

Meh wraping was substandard
