Great chair

I bought this chair for my home office after many hours searching for a chair that was both comfortable and nice looking. This chair does both and I am very happy with it. The blue velvet looks rich and classy and the cushioning in the chair is very comfortable for full days of use.

Great Service

I am so impressed by the service I received from Branch. When my chair arrived we noticed one problem when putting the chair together, the holes to attach one of the arms were not drilled through so we were unable to complete the chair. I wrote to the company and sent a picture of the arm and received a reply within hours. There were no excuses or questions they simply apologized and sent out a replacement arm the following day. The replies from real people, not AI, and the service that they provided was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone.

Very good, but seat too low

Very comfortable chair. The only reason for a 4 star instead of 5 is because they recommend the tall cylinder only for people 5 11” tall and above. I’m 5 5”, and the chair is too low… I wish I had bought the tall cylinder instead.
