Forever Wrinkled and Customer Service is TERRIBLE

we are now on month 4 of getting a replacement for this truly defective product. we get completely that shrink wrap and sending is the way things get shipped. But after 2 weeks, steaming, etc., this cushion is wrinkled and "bent". Not worth the sizable amount paid for it. WAY too many others out there which provide great products AND service. PASS

We’re very pleased with the fabric, construction and durability of the cushions. They were built exactly to our specifications and only took ~36 hours or so to reinflate/relax from their flattened shipping form. Good quality for the price as well as good communication from the company when they initially had a hard time getting the specific fabric we’d ordered. The cushions made it in time for our daughter’s big graduation party!
