Little know secret, W3D has all sorts of hardware you can buy!

I bought an LDO Trident rev. C over a year and a half ago on pre-order basis. When it arrived I was all set to go but but due to an elderly parent moving in I never opened the kit to inventory against the BOM. Long story short a year and a half later I carved out the time to build it and there were several missing bits of hardware and the PIF parts while good enough was incomplete and missing many of the essential parts. I could print the missing parts but not the metal hardware. But it was my bad for not getting it inventoried which I am fine with. Anyway so I called and explained what I needed and this is what I learned, if you don't see it listed call and ask, trust me they have it and whatever it is gets bills as "Custom Charge Item"

Special Order, Special Order

Like a five star resturaunt, WEST3D is not above a special order. We all build our space shuttle just a little different from one another, and sometimes need just that one piece of a part. IGUS chains are great in terms of performance though obtaining just a few links can b impossible. WEST3D allows us to be creative and was willing to provide individual links. BRAVO on customer service . My GO TO place of printer parts. Thank you TEAM!
