Real customer service
I bought the swim tether system to work on recovery from shoulder surgery. However I had the wrong size to hook it up. Instead of the usual call and never talk to a human, I was able to speak with an actual person who took care of everything I needed. I was a pleasure to deal with a person who cared to make it I right.
