Product is beautiful. However names were in wrong order and the owner tried to convince me to still accept it. Despite having sent me a proof that I approved with the names in the correct order beforehand. I did not appreciate that. She was also not home at the prearranged time we set up to pick it up. Customer service was not good but the product is beautiful. However when service is not good it’s what you think of every time you look at it.
