Large Hot Bag

The "large" thermal bag is smaller than it looks in the picture; when I add it to my Uber Eats account, it registers as a standard-sized bag, making it useless. Furthermore, I couldn't find a return option—perhaps that’s why they sell on Shopify instead of Amazon. It’s truly terrible, and the quality of the bags isn't great either. I wish I had looked elsewhere instead of buying from here; I bought three bags, none of them are fit for purpose, and there is no option to return them.

I want to report the mount its really bad not like what the website showed it is so small

Big large bag, can fit alot of things in here. I just wish it had an adjustable backpack strap that you can pull. Besides that its a good bag
