Great low carb breakfast. I usually have with Peanut butter and honey on the cinnamon & plain bagels or butter on the everything bagels, along with my coffee. I like them toasted until crunchy. They satisfy my urge to chew and are such a good fiber source, that I remain satisfied until dinner time. Been enjoying them daily for a year.

Love them all!
I love the sliced bread. Excellent fiber and takes great!!! Love to toast it with some pepper Jack cheese and add a slices of tomato! Delicious! Love the Cinnamon Raisin bagel ! Toast it with a little butter and added raspberry seedless jam! Yum with a cup of ice coffee!!!! Really enjoying for breakfast or lunch!
