I mix in a heaped spoonful of red shot with my chia and yoghurt everyday to have with my museli. I planned to use it instead of fresh berries when they were out of season, but I have it all year round. Great energy boost!

Love these. Quick, easy and can tell when I don't have them. An amazing little boost. I have mine in the afternoon for that little tired slump that I get around 2pm. Huge fan. The much healthier of the 2 types of shots that I have, that's for sure!
