I can't rate it personally because I bought it as a present for someone else, but I know he likes it because I bought it for him last year too, and he has asked for it again. Perhaps your survey form should include a box to tick if the item has been purchased as a gift for somebody else.

Great product, shipping was slow though
Using beard oil for the first time and it’s noticeably smoother sofenend and tamed my bard, it used to just do whatever it wanted, now I can control it. Smells lovely as well. I did order between Christmas and new year and it took about 2 weeks to arrive. Not the end of the world by any means, but when you pay around £5 for shipping for something this small you do expect it to arrive a bit quicker
