Loved it
It is a great kit!! Loved all the components including the gel that you apply after to relieve sore muscles. Amazing self care product. I do consider it a splurge but it was awesome!!

I used flex after my long run while training for a half marathon.

Yes! Brings you back to life especially having being sick
