I'm really enjoying and appreciating my Step One Starter Pack. I really like a having the variety to choose from. It keeps me from getting tired of eating the same thing over and over, and it lets me try different options to see which ones I like best and might want to reorder on their own. It's great to have quick, healthy, good-tasting foods to grab, and I love doing something so easy that can improve my health!

I love the taste of all the food. They are very filling. Hoping all of the fiber will be well tolerated on my stomach.

Easy & Tasty

Enjoying all the items. The oatmeal and the lemon bars are my favorites. I love that every ingredient is real food and not a "natural " flavoring or unpronouncible additive. Fingers crossed that my cholesterol numbers will improve! Very easy improvement to my daily eating routine.
