I have loved taking this since becoming pregnant almost 2 years ago, and have continued taking it postpartum! I appreciate that it is gentle on the stomach and that the dosing is designed for women, including those of us who are pregnant/ postpartum/ nursing.

Easy iron on the tummy!

I have no issues with taking this iron supplement with food. Easy on the tummy and doesn’t cause any reflux.

Not sure if it works, but can’t hurt!

I’ve heard that taking iron supplements every other day is best practice for absorption. I do this, and I think it has been helping, but I’m not actually sure.
