Calmer

This is a great product. Does what it’s supposed to do. Though I did wish it was heavier as I felt like I need more deep pressure on the back of my neck and right above my shoulder blade area. I love that you can heat this up but even with the suggested 1min microwave cycle, it gets super hot, yes, but doesn’t retain the heat for 1hr as advertised. You can simply toss it back in for another 30sec-1min but it can get tedious when you’re doing it like every 30mins and you want to relax and watch something or busy doing work. Hopeful for a gen 2 in the future, for longer lasting heat and heavier weight options. Didn’t get to try out the cooling freezer option but was delighted to know I could do so with this as I am an athlete and sometimes do need to switch from warm to cold compress. I’d recommend this to others.

Nice but it doesn’t hold heat for very long.
