I really wanted to like this. I respect supporting small producers and innovation. But this product is so overwhelmingly about canned peaches and so much ONLY about canned peaches that it’s started to smell like vape whatever I do with it (even at 10% of a blend). I don’t know what goes into the proprietary ‘extended yeast fermentation’ part of the process — and I know many coffee-drinkers are delighted by the recent upsurge especially from Colombia of ‘coffee that finally tastes literally like the tasting notes!’ — but, with apologies to its fans, I dislike the literalism, the lack of balance, and the feeling of being punched in the face, even if it’s only by aroma compounds. So this very premium coffee (along with its fellows from the same farm/producer) is sadly not for me.
