Sirloin Steak Tips

Steak tips were cut very small - almost like stew meat small. We did not overcook them despite their size. When we sat down to dinner, we were quite disappointed with the quality. Several tips in our order were extremely tough. Many had sinew running throughout. The flavor was also not what we have come to expect from local, pasture-raised beef. For the price, I expected these to blow our minds. Sadly, they did not.
