Amazing product and customer service
I recently purchased the Eva Slideaway Sofa Bed for our office/spare room. It was easy to assemble, the quality is exceptional, and it looks great! A couple of weeks after I purchased, Eva had a promotion, and I reached out to see if they would honour the promotion if I made another purchase. They actually sent me a whole set of replacement covers for the sofa bed free of charge. Exceptional customer service experience and so happy with our sofa bed. Will definitely be returning to purchase from them again in future. Highly recommend!
