I'll admit, I was skeptical, but these kept getting marketed to me and I thought for a tenner let's give it a go. They're now my absolute go to whenever I feel bloating coming on, or if I'm going out for a meal and now I'm likely to feel it afterwards. Highly recommend these!

I thought i would give these a try after many years of trying everything else on the market. After the first 3 or 4 days was when i started to notice that they were in-fact helping me with my bloating. I use a probiotic too, so i guess they worked in tandem!! Will order another batch and continue my debloat journey. Would recommend you try them!!!
