Practical Magic Shoe Charms

I never received them she said they shipped but I was pre transit in tracking and said a label was created and the carrier was waiting for the item. She argued with me, but tracking don't lie, she said it was out of her control. But yet she canceled my order, I never received it, she was very hateful to me and told me to never order from her again. Which I won't i was really needing those shoe arms to go to the premiere of the movie since I never received them, I'm very upset. She is a horrible person.
