Great pans and great customer service

All of my pans look great, are easy to cook with and clean. When I had an issue I raised it and the issue was resolved straight away by the customer support team who exchanged my pan straight away.

Not durable

For the price one would think that these pans are durable, but they aren’t. The color fades or stains in less than a month and they scratch very easily. It is a shame because initially they are very pretty and look sturdy, but unfortunately one month later they are almost all ruined despite never washing them in a dishwasher.

The set that’s made me a better chef…

…Probably due to my increased enthusiasm for cooking. Who knew that a beautiful set of pots & pans could inspire me to cook more and eventually better? I really enjoy my new set and furthermore, it’s also easy to clean. Finally, great customer service as well. Happy cooking
