Lock mechanism tears out of soft phone case. My first case for the google pixel broke on the first install as the spring force is greater than the yield of the soft TPU material around it. I contacted SP Connect CS, they told me the lock never tears out off the phone case and sent me a new case. First install of the second case, lock tore out. I am bummed because I really wanted to like this product and thought I would get some real use / value out of it.

Fits perfectly on my Google pixel. Still cold weather. Haven't had a chance to try it out on the bike yet but I'm sure it will be just fine just like my other one was for the 2 years prior.
