I'm very happy with the products themselves. The quality is has expected and well justifies the price. The delivery, however, was very slow, at no point was i given a predicted date of delivery, I wasn't ever able to contact the shipper, and the customs office at Heathrow was incredibly slow. Having paid almost as much for shipping as I did por each item, I expected a much better and faster service. Even though I accept BREXIT might have created some difficulties in these processes, I believe changing deliveries providers would very much improve this step. I should also note the packaging was very subpar: the card box was very thin and fragile and came with holes (clearly it wasn't handled very carefuly). The individual cylinder boxes each shaker came in are actually a lot tougher and sturdier than the outer box (one of them had a big bruise on it which clearly saved the bottle from a scratch, so I'm really happy for that). The presentation was actually really good, and I was really pleased with the overall quality.

Shake stays cold, lovely colour. Really quick and efficient shipping. Extremely well priced and well worth it. The shaker ball included is so helpful at ensuring the powder dissolves. Would buy again in a heartbeat and recommend to everyone.
