Power Wizard 3000

Received the PW3000 and installed it. It has worked as expected. However, a few weeks ago it started tripping the GCFI it was plugged into. It turned out that the transformer was arcing from primary to secondary. This is presumably a rather unlikely scenario. The manufacturer, Agratronix, has ignored two attempts to get help or parts. I was finally able to order a transformer from Fence Fixer and it solved the problem. Not likely to buy an Agratronix product again, due to lack of support. Also, the product could benefit from a power switch.
