Milk Glass Stackable Mug - Jade

The mug looked awesome (not a surprise as I already had the blue one), but there was a fracture line inside the mug when it arrived, so I had to return it. I believe that the issue was from manufacturing as the item was VERY well packed for shipment, so no fault of N&F. I'm currently waiting on the replacement, but they won't send it out until the first one has been returned to them. They did cover return shipping, so no issues there. My only feedback would be that I would have preferred the standard "We'll send out the replacement ASAP, but if we don't get the original one back within the next 30 days, we'll charge you for both." Hopefully it ships soon.

Warning, if you purchase from the US you will be charged an additional $50 for tariffs by shipping company as of 9/3/2026. I purchased 2 mugs and my total cost per mug including shipping and fees was $69 each. Don't get me wrong, the mugs are sick, but I would not have bought them if I had known about the extra charge.

Got a bill from fedex for more than $50 after I had already received my mugs (which are awesome). Will not be ordering anything else anytime soon while ridiculous surcharges are in place.
