I just got my first order of creatine. I haven’t been taking it long enough to notice any differences but I will say I love how easy it is to add to any of my beverages. It truly has no flavor and a smooth texture that’s easy to shake in to a drink. I so appreciate that it’s NSF certified and high quality, especially for the price.
