Hello Disc

This is life changing! I tried disposable discs that didn’t work for me and cups that work ok. The hello disc is perfect though. No leaks and easy to insert and remove. I’m going to get another one for a spare. Thank you so much for your quiz and videos about all the products- those really help!

freaky easy! after six miserable months of struggling with a cup (and a lifetime of spending mad cash on pads and ruining soooo many items), i totally nailed it on my first try with the disc. it’s almost weird how leakproof it is because my body will be feeling terrible but i’ll be totally dry and clean and it’s like ??? is it all in my head?! insertion is really easy once you figure out where the cervix is, and the double loop thing is amazingly convenient. having an awesome time with the hello disc so far and excited to keep using it!!!

I cannot overstate what a game changer this has been for me! I was always intimidated by the idea of menstrual cups (worried that it would get stuck) but having looked into the benefits and watched almost all of Period Nirvana and Kim's back catalogue of instructional, I decided to give it a go. I have never had such a comfortable experience on my period! I have always struggled with bleeding through pads overnight and staining sheets - zero issues with the Hello Disc!!! It took a few tries to get the hang of inserting it, but once you get it in the right position, you can tell and it's so easy after that. 100000% recommend to anyone who stresses over messiness on their period.
