Customer service is unmatched

I actually received my first order of 6 jars of the chicken gumbo, all 6 jars were broken during shipping (no fault of Cajun Power). I sent an email to their customer service. They had a replacement order out the next day and were incredibly responsive. I just received my replacement order, and the amount of packing peanuts and bubble wrap that was stuffed into these boxes made me laugh out loud. The definitely made sure it wouldn't happen again. Definitely created a return customer. And I'll be having gumbo for dinner

Absolutely Fabulous. Made this as soon as it arrived. This cut the time to make Gumbo in less than 1/2 the time and not compromise on taste. Everyone loved it. Even my wife who doesn't like anything. Thank you for this.

I have been making Gumbo for 20 years and I was amazed how delicious this gumbo was. My wife even commented that she was amazed how deep the flavor was. Now I won’t lie, I did put a few of my special spices in, but it is the best gumbo base I have ever used.
