Have issues with service. So am unable to give lower score.
Non responsive to emails. Product is fine, service is nonexistent.

Not as good as expected
This is my second set from this company and they are no where near as good as my first set (grove). I have to have them on max volume, the Bluetooth doesn’t like to connect and the app is wonky. You could buy any rechargeable set on Amazon for $100 and they would basically be the same thing.
I had high expectations because of my previous purchase and was let down in a big way with these. I would only recommend to someone I don’t like.
