Ooni 12″ Compact Peel

This peel works great in the Ooni Volt 2

I recently purchased the Omni Volt 2, and decided to buy this 12" peel to use with it. It actually works very well, and is showing me that I typically use too much flour, because of lot of flour gets trapped in the ridges when I am launching my pizza into the oven. It seems very well made and high quality, and is the perfect size for the Volt 2. I also have a small bamboo peel, but I very much prefer using this compact peel instead. I have not needed any support or service from Ooni regarding this, but I know from previous experience if I did, they would have my back. If you have a Volt or Volt 2, just buy this peel. It's perfect for it.

Inventive solution to our pet peeve with use of flour or cornmeal to launch our pizza pies--this catches the excess to keep it from burning on flash contacr--love it!!!
