Product good, service bad
I got a rope chain and a rope bracelet. Both products are amazing. However I have an 8” wrist and the bracelet fits really tight, I send an email requesting an extra extension link so I could actually wear the piece. The response I got was to buy another piece so I could take one of the links off to pretty much make one out of two. I was expecting so much more from Goldier. Again, amazing products as long as you never need anything other than making purchases.
