I use these in cold weather race that was in the high 20s. My hands were still cold while waiting at the start line but I had hand warmers that I had shoved in the glove with my hands. As I started to run, I no longer need the hand warmers and just the gloves that I finally took off after 4 miles of my 6 mile race. Then put them back on after the race. Will be using these again and again.

Gloves are very warm, nice to wear on cold days. Love the hi-viz color.
