J’ai déjà eu l’occasion de goûter beaucoup de matcha notamment au Japon et aussi en France. Le matcha ayako est vraiment comparable aux bons matcha que l’on peut déguster au Japon. Il a un bon équilibre entre douceur et à la fois l’arôme umami qu’on cherche tant. On voit la qualité de ce thé par la couleur d’un beau vert qu’on ne voit qu’au Japon. Je le recommande vivement.

The most bank for the buck!!
I used Ayako for my matcha latte everyday. I love it. It has wonderful bright green color and I can smell its umami & fresh green upon whisking. I poured my Matcha latte in a closed insulated bottle to drink as part of my breakfast at work. Planning to continue to buy from Ikkyu as they have been providing great quality matcha for me.
