I had a sample of this, and it was absolutely amazing. So I bought the tub. If you like pistachio ice cream but don't want the calories, this is a must have. I'm going to try to make it into ice cream with Fairlife just milk. It's that good.

Gelato Protein Fail

I don't like the gelato protein at all! It's super slimy and I don't like the way it feels when I drink it. Regardless of how much water I add to it, it doesn't mix all the way either. I will not be buying this one again. However, a positive note is that the flavor it self is good!

I got the pistachio sample pack at the Olympia expo and upon returning home tried it… Absolutely incredible taste and unique! Ordered 2 5 lbs tubs … drinking it like water daily so delicious
