Thanks so much for your wonderful piano box games! I have been wanting to try them out for ages and so was very excited to finally be able to put in and receive my order - Vivace, Composer, Glissando, Right On Left On, 88 Keys and some Whole Note Bags. I especially love the Vivace pieces - they feel really good in the hands and I know will allow my students (many who are neurodiverse) a great way to explore notation in a tactile way. I haven’t yet used it with all the cards but the sets are very comprehensive in both lots (I also got advanced). Left On Right On has been an absolute hit (even with a couple of adults :-) and I can already see it will help so much with intervals, finger numbers and general accuracy when moving up and down the piano. Now I need to explore all the different ways it can be used. Composer - this is really good quality with the felt pieces and work well for exploring theory and composition. I wish there were more bar lines, for longer phrases but then I worked out we can put 2 ledger lines together if needed. I have popped all the pieces into a Teabox type container to keep them sorted and easy to find each piece and I am planning to order another set or 2 down the track. 88 Keys and Glissando - I haven’t yet used these with my students but they are exactly as I thought they would be and I know will be super fun, while getting students to think about lots of different music things. The only thing is the laser cut pieces are quite sharp on the edges for little fingers so I have very lightly sanded corners. The 3D printed pieces are great and balance really well. I will probably order and extra set of both at some stage so we can use them in different ways. The Whole Note Bags - perfect to hand to students as they arrive or to a younger sibling sitting in. I can’t wait to make a second order down the track for some of your other games, especially now I know they are great quality. Thanks!
