Got two turtle beach stealth ultra controllers one came damaged. And few weeks later got a stealth pro headset refurbished it came damaged also. Got a hold of customer support and sent pics of the damaged product and it was replace for new at no cost and sent back to me pretty fast. Happy about my experience with them.

Makes more sense why they had to make a stealth pro 2. This is a very limited headset , making volume changes alone are almost impossible

Quality Time and Time Again

I’ve been using turtle Beach refurbished headsets since my Xbox 360 days and have never been let down(360, PS4, and Now PS5). They are as good as new at half the price. I finally made the upgrade to stealth pros after years of using and abusing my PS4 Turtle Beaches on the PS5. I am nothing but impressed, fully customizable and the Bluetooth to the phone during gaming is an upgrade I never knew I needed. These things are by far better that my Beats Studio Pros and have amazing quality for value. Pair all that on top of the refurbished price tag and you will not be disappointed, I know I’m not. Very happy with my purchase so far. Only a week in but I’m in love! 🤣
