Bad customer experience

The product didn’t fit; it was too tight for my blade putter. Upon return, I was not compensated for both ways of shipping (I paid To and Return shipping) while the copy on the website only indicates return shipping is non-refundable. Getting slighted by a corporation for a few bucks feels very unfair. Clearly, not customer obsessed. Nice job
