Beyond pleased with the excellent customer service

I had an issue with my order being stuck in the mail center at the Memphis facility. it was orderd on 12/2/22 and was a Christmas present. I emailed and was told that they were showing it was enroute but was still in the mail center. After a couple of days I emailed back and was told that they would keep a check on it and if it didn't get delivered by a certain day, they would replace the order. it didnt get delivered and I received an email saying that they were replacing my order at no charge expedited shipping. I received it the day they said. I am beyond pleased with the service and will continue to order from your company or buy at a local store here in Collierville, TN. Mimosa muffins

In making the mimosa muffins, I used club soda, instead of champagne, because that’s what I had. The mini muffins were moist, light and tender, with a very subtle flavor, and they were more flavorful the next day, so I was pleased with the muffins.
