Modern Contemporary Postbox

When we received our product, we noticed that the screws for the handle were missing. I’ve emailed the company and 4 days later I am still waiting for a response. The product itself is great, but we installed it on a brick wall and the lid wouldn’t open after using the rubber pads that needed to be installed between the postbox and the brickwork. We then had to introduce 1/4 inch rubber washers, which mean the lid now opens, but this meant having to use longer screws in the wall. Still waiting to get hold of the company so we can finish it off and install the handle!

The product matched up to its description but I didn't realise that the metal was so thin and lightweight. Nevertheless, functional.
