House Blend

I really like Coffee Palate’s House Blend—it’s just easy to enjoy. It has a smooth flavor that isn’t too strong or too light, which makes it perfect for everyday drinking. I’m usually not a fan of bitter coffee, but this one actually surprised me in a good way. I also tried mixing it with their Sumatra, and there was something really comforting about it—more than I usually get from a cup of coffee. It’s a solid, go-to kind of coffee that I’d happily drink again.
