My son is in a wheelchair and needed a new bag to carry his essentials when we’re out and about. I’ve got the satchel 13 so I’m familiar with the neighborhood. Well, it arrived the other day and he loves it. It’s just the right size- not to small or too big, its just right. Its built to last and stylish too! Got me some Dad points today

Product Improvement Suggestion
This is a great product, but I believe there is an opportunity of improvement. Please consider adding an external pocket on the back of the bag large enough to hold a phone. I would like to be able to use the bag to carry my phone and be able to quickly access it without opening the main part of the bag.
